Forwarding

One rule feeds the whole queue.

Your intake address

Forward three kinds of mail here: portal notifications, your field system’s job notifications, and your invoice emails. The first two find the stuck work. The third is what lets us tell you the amount instead of the spend limit.

Where the rule lives

Outlook / Microsoft 365

  1. Settings, then Mail, then Rules.
  2. Add new rule: condition "From" contains your portal's notification address.
  3. Action: "Forward to", paste your TareClear address.

Gmail / Google Workspace

  1. Settings, then "Forwarding and POP/IMAP", add your TareClear address as a forwarding address and confirm it.
  2. Then Settings, "Filters and blocked addresses", create a filter on the portal's notification sender.
  3. Choose "Forward it to" and pick the TareClear address.
