Moore IQ LLC runs TareClear at tareclear.com. This page covers what we collect when you run the free test or use a subscription, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you run the test, we collect three things. The files you upload, which are work orders and the matching jobs from your field service system. The email address you give us for the report. And basic account details, if you open an account. If you forward portal or field service email to your inbox address, we collect that mail and its attachments.

We delete your work orders after 30 days

Every file you upload, and everything extracted from a forwarded email, is deleted 30 days after it arrives. We keep the field mapping we learn from your account, meaning which of your fields correspond to which, at the schema level only. We never keep your site addresses, PO or NTE values, technician notes, or the identity of your customers. A returning upload adds to your account’s mapping. It does not bring old work orders back.

What we never sell

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the list below.

Who processes your data

• Vercel, which hosts the website and the report.
• Supabase, which hosts the database and stores uploaded files until they are deleted.
• Stripe, which processes billing for the subscription.
• Our own mail server, which receives forwarded work order email and sends the report and account email.

Billing data

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Billing terms are covered on the pricing page.
