These terms cover the free test and the paid subscription for TareClear, run by Moore IQ LLC at tareclear.com. Using the site or the product means you agree to them.

What the product does

TareClear catches the mismatch. Your coordinator still makes the correction, in your own systems. Automatic write-back is not included yet. From portal email alone TareClear sees new work orders, NTE, due dates and past SLA. The finished-but-still-open row needs a daily export from your own system until your portal connector is built.

The free test analyzes up to 10 work orders and does not require an account. A subscription removes that cap and keeps your field mapping between uploads.

Billing

• $500/month, one plan, the same price for every customer.
• Month to month. Cancel anytime. No setup fee.
• Billed monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged on the date you subscribed, each month, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• No prorated refunds for a partial month.

The guarantee

If we can't find enough duplicate work to justify the subscription, we'll tell you not to buy it.

The free test comes first. You see the number before you are asked to pay anything.

Your data, while you use the product

You are responsible for having the right to upload the work orders and job data you give us. Our full data handling is covered on the privacy page, including the 30 day deletion window.

No warranty beyond the guarantee above

The product is provided as it stands. The report flags every row it is not confident about instead of guessing, and it is not guaranteed free of errors. Check your own records before you rely on a number.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects billing, we will email the account on file before the change takes effect.
